ExportFlow is built with a strict privacy-first commitment. When you use our service to follow your shipments, we believe your personal purchasing habits and parcel details belong only to you.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

No user accounts: We do not require you to sign up, provide an email address, or create a password.
No parcel storage: We do not store or persist your tracking numbers, recipient names, or delivery addresses in databases.
No tracking across the web: We do not use third-party advertising trackers, pixel beacons, or data brokers.

2. How Tracking Lookups Function

When you submit a tracking code, our service contacts the carrier adapter directly to retrieve live status updates published by the shipping courier. The request payload is processed in-memory and discarded once the response is sent back to your device.

3. Local Storage

ExportFlow only uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember your chosen language preference (e.g. Arabic or English). No tracking numbers or session identifiers are stored.

4. Third-Party Courier Services

Tracking events and maps are populated using confirmed scans made available by public carrier endpoints. Your interaction with carrier networks is governed by the respective courier's policies.
