1. Nature of Service

ExportFlow is an independent parcel tracking aggregator interface that routes tracking requests to carrier integrations listed in its open-source catalog. ExportFlow is neither a courier service, shipping carrier, logistics provider, nor an online merchant.

2. Carrier Data & Disclaimers

All shipment statuses, timestamps, scan locations, and estimated delivery dates are provided directly by external courier APIs and public tracking endpoints. ExportFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of carrier-reported data.

The appearance of courier names, logos, or catalog entries does not imply an official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by the respective shipping companies.

3. Fair Use

You agree to use ExportFlow only for lawful parcel tracking inquiries. Automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or queries intended to overload carrier adapters are strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

ExportFlow provides tracking information on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. ExportFlow shall not be liable for delayed, lost, damaged, or misdirected packages.
